GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

SHRI GANAPATHY RAJAN, has taken charge as General Manager (Operations) - AGTRS IDART Private Limited effective January 12, 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive officer, Central oil mills, a wholly owned subsidiary and upstream arm of IDART since September, 2012. Have Master Degree in financial management, Shri Ganapathy Rajan Joined IDART in the year 2009. During his career spinning over 11 Years in Fire and safety Industry. Shri Ganapathy Rajan has handled a wide range of responsibilities Including leadership positions in Refineries, corporate, Information system and upstream business. A Certified competency Assessor and a project management professional. Shri Ganapathy Rajan has also been actively associated with various Important Industry forums in Fire and safety sector.


Mr. Radha Krishnan.K

GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE)

Mr.Radha Krishnan.K was born in Tenkasi. He first begun his career as a teacher & then joined in Canara bank in which he served for 36 years giving his best for the bank & for the people which made him the top performer in India, then he got retired as a Senior manager. In his 36 years of experience in banking sector, he earned 20 years in the field of marketing. He believes in “Making things happen” & he still does.

The Rules & Responsibilities of Inspection Officers


  • The staff shall reach customer’s premise as per customer’s convenience. Prior intimation of the same is advisable.
  • Always be in Uniform while on duty and carry ID card. Should be presentable.
  • Carry slips for attending service complaints / New connection Installation / Mandatory Inspections
  • Ensure to carry tool kit (Suraksha Hose, Sound PR, ‘O’ rings, Adaptor to remove & fix ‘O’ ring, Leak detector, Other tools for repair of Hot Plate)
  • Knock the door & greet the customer. They must then show their Identity Card/Letter from Distributor and behave in a courteous and polite manner.
  • Carry out mandatory inspection of the installation including cleaning of hotplate.
  • On customer’s permission, carry out any necessary repairs. Ensure that any shortcoming is addressed before leaving customer’s premises.
  • Replace Suraksha hose if validity is expired / damaged. If Suraksha hose is procured by the customer before less than five years & if found damaged, the same to be replaced free of cost. Credit for the same to be claimed from the hose manufacturer.
  • Replace green rubber tube or other non-standard tube, if any, with Suraksha hose.
  • Carry out Safety Training & provide Safety/Conservation/Emergency Response literature to customer.
  • Fill up the format/checklist & obtain the signatures of the customer.
  • Place Safety Sticker
  • Take a photograph of the Domestic Installation along with mechanic, customer /family member and safety card.
  • Prepare bill for mandatory inspection & other charges, if any & obtain the signature of the consumer / family member.
  • Collect payment & return change (if applicable). However, digital payment to be promoted.
  • Handover copy of inspection report & bill to the consumer / family member.
  • Enter mandatory inspection record in DGCC book.
  • Submit the reports to showroom. The reports are to be uploaded by the Distributor in mandatory inspection App, if made available by the OMC.
